- Payment service providers: When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, jjwingame shares the necessary transaction details with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT), or your card scheme (Visa/Mastercard). These providers process your payment details under their own privacy policies and security standards.
- Identity verification and KYC providers: jjwingame uses third-party services to verify your identity and screen against anti-money laundering databases. These providers receive the identity data you submit and return a verification result. They do not receive your gameplay history or betting records.

jjwingame retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any legal retention requirements. The following retention periods apply as general guidelines:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a period of five years after account closure, to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
- Transaction records: All deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction in compliance with financial record-keeping obligations.
- Identity documents: CNIC and other identity verification documents are retained for the duration of your account and for five years after closure. Copies are stored securely and access is limited to the team members who require them for verification purposes.
- Support communications: Chat logs and email correspondence are retained for three years after the conversation closes, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Marketing consent records: Records of your marketing preferences and consent/opt-out decisions are retained for three years after your last interaction with jjwingame marketing communications.
- Technical and usage data: Server log data and technical usage records are retained for 12 months for security and fraud monitoring purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.
After the applicable retention period expires, jjwingame will securely delete or anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

Age verification is conducted during registration and may be repeated at any time during the account lifecycle — particularly before a withdrawal is processed.
