By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of jjwingame.biz — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
jjwingame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the jjwingame platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you are accessing jjwingame on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and your acceptance applies to them as well. jjwingame is not responsible for any breach of these terms by a third party using your registered account.
To register and use jjwingame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jjwingame does not permit minors to register, play, or receive any payment. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed.
- You must be the natural person registering the account — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
- You must not already hold another active account at jjwingame. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your use of the platform.
jjwingame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Each player is permitted to hold one account at jjwingame. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and/or email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. jjwingame will never ask for your password by phone, SMS, or email — any communication claiming otherwise should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jjwingame support immediately via live chat or by emailing support@jjwingame.biz. jjwingame will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during that investigation to protect your balance.
jjwingame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, its use significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Withdrawal OTP verification is mandatory and cannot be disabled — this is a security requirement, not an optional setting.
Accounts found to have been registered with false or misleading information, or used in breach of these terms, may be closed without notice and any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Multiple accounts registered to the same CNIC, device, IP address, or payment method will be treated as a single individual's accounts and the duplicate(s) closed.
jjwingame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All accepted payment methods are listed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa/Mastercard.
Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits via mobile wallets are credited to your jjwingame wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. jjwingame charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond jjwingame's control.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card methods. The standard daily withdrawal limit is Rs 2,00,000 for regular accounts; VIP Club members may have elevated limits as detailed on the VIP Club page. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the same-name policy described below.
Same-Name Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name — the name that matches your jjwingame account registration. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Processing Times: jjwingame targets processing of Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 60 minutes for standard accounts. IBFT and card withdrawals may take 1–4 hours. VIP Club members receive prioritised processing at speeds dependent on their tier. These are operational targets, not guarantees — occasional delays may occur during peak festival periods or for accounts requiring additional verification.
Funds Confirmation: jjwingame is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider's processing systems once a withdrawal has been dispatched from jjwingame's end. Your transaction reference number, available in your account history, should be quoted when chasing any such delay with your payment provider.
jjwingame offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, VIP Club benefits, and event-specific promotions. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant offer page. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your wallet. Real money is always withdrawn first; bonus balances are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Failure to read wagering requirements before claiming a bonus is not grounds for their waiver.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder they are issued to and cannot be transferred.
- jjwingame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to void bonus winnings obtained through system errors or exploitative play, and to amend wagering requirements where evidence of abuse is identified.
- Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, using VPN or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions on offers, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus are all considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
- Refer a Friend rewards are subject to the referred player completing their first deposit and the minimum qualifying activity stated in the Refer a Friend programme terms. Self-referrals are not permitted.
All games offered on the jjwingame platform — including Teen Patti, Roulette, Poker, Aviator, and all live dealer rooms — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.
All digital games at jjwingame use a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Live dealer games operate with real physical equipment under continuous camera supervision. Neither jjwingame nor any player can predict, influence, or reverse the outcome of any spin, hand, or round once it has been initiated.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects an in-progress round, jjwingame will take reasonable steps to restore the round or refund the stake. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the stake will be returned. Completed rounds that have been correctly settled are final and will not be reversed at a player's request unless evidence of a technical error affecting that specific result is provided.
Collusion between players — sharing hand information, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or exploiting multiplayer game mechanics unfairly — is prohibited. jjwingame's risk monitoring systems analyse gameplay patterns continuously. Accounts identified as engaged in collusive play will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwingame. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account at jjwingame under the same or different personal details.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform's software for financial gain. Any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it to support immediately; exploiting it instead will be treated as fraud.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool designed to disguise your location or identity in order to access features, bonuses, or geographic restrictions not available to your actual location.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity.
- Impersonating another player, jjwingame staff, or any third party.

In the event that a technical fault on jjwingame's side causes a game to settle incorrectly, liability is limited to the stake placed on that specific round.
jjwingame makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occasionally be required without advance notice.
Gambling carries financial risk. jjwingame provides a platform for entertainment — it does not guarantee that any player will profit from their activity on the platform. Decisions about how much to deposit and how much to wager are solely the player's responsibility. jjwingame accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by any player.
jjwingame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is suspected of being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose.
- The account holder fails to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable period.
- Duplicate accounts are identified for the same individual.
- A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk management concern for the platform.
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, any balance remaining in the account (including real money, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals) may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation confirms the breach, those funds may be forfeited entirely. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as player-initiated closure), any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their usual withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting support at support@jjwingame.biz or via live chat. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes before the balance is returned.
jjwingame may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version takes effect from the date stated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates reflecting changes in Pakistani law — may be made without advance notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution. jjwingame's dispute resolution process aims to reach a fair outcome for all parties based on the evidence available. Decisions reached through this process are binding on jjwingame and will be implemented within 14 days of the final decision.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe those rights have been infringed, you retain the ability to pursue remedies available to you under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.
